What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. You can make an appointment for the tour at https://ccs-imaginationspreschool.kinderm8.com.au/parent-tour-form

What age group do you cater to?

We provide early childhood education and care services for children aged  1 years to 6 years old.

What is the staff-to-child ratio in your centre?

The staff-to-child ratio in our centre varies depending on the age group of the children. We maintain a ratio that meets or exceeds the requirements of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

What is your curriculum?

We follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and provide a play-based curriculum that supports children’s learning and development in all areas, including cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and language.

Do you offer nutritious meals and snacks?

Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks that are freshly prepared on-site daily. We also accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies that your child may have.

What are your fees?

Our fees vary depending on the age group of your child and the number of days they attend. Please contact us for more information on our fees.

Do you offer any government subsidies?

Yes, we offer government subsidies such as the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) for eligible families. We can assist you with the application process. We also offer the latest Start Strong Preschool rebate program to help preschooler reduce the daily rate.

How do you communicate with parents?

We have an open-door policy and encourage regular communication between families and educators. We also provide daily updates on your child’s activities, progress and learning through an online communication platform-Kinderm8

What qualifications do your educators have?

All our educators hold a minimum qualification of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. We also have qualified and experienced early childhood teachers in our team.

How do you ensure the safety of children in your centre?

We follow strict policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all children in our centre, including regular risk assessments, security measures, and emergency response plans. We also have a strict policy for the collection of children, including an authorised list of people who are allowed to pick up your child.
